So by now, if you have reviewed my website…..you are probably wondering if I really do care about my guests and their experiences at kimi’s! Well……I really do care! Since I was 21 years old I have been in the restaurant industry, first in Sweden with Restaurant Magasinet, then in Salt Lake City with our restaurants ABSOLUTE! and Dijon Bistro Provençale…………and now with my on-line cooking and travel website, www.kimistyle.com and my new restaurant, kimi’s mountainside bistro at solitude mountain resort.

There are days when everything works out perfectly and all of the guests seem to really enjoy their experience! Unfortunately, when the situation does arise and someone isn’t totally happy it really kills me inside because we truly work so hard to make sure that everyone enjoys their experience!! So, if you have the chance to visit kimi’s please come up and say hello…..! If there is something spectacular you’d like to let me know……share it……..!! If there is something I need to improve on……….please let me know! I sincerely want you to enjoy my bistro as much as Chef Matt and I do creating and sharing our specialties with you!!
